Rate Calculation
Rate based on 10 persons occupancy. Add €20 per guest per night for more than 10 guests (max 14 guests).
Tax
Taxe de Séjour - Tourist Tax €1.14 Per Adult Per Night (at 2025 rates).
Payment Schedule
€400 due at time of booking.
Remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.
Payment by credit/debit card, Paypal or bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
50% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if cancelled after.
Security deposit
Security damage deposit of €500. Refunded within 7 days after departure.
Notes
Rates include all bedding and towels.

Smoking outside only - Please use ashtrays provided.
Pets are welcome, but please give full details when booking. For the comfort of the following guests, pets not allowed on the beds and furniture.
A car is essential to access the property - no public transport in the area and taxis are limited.
